Veteran travelers say they "have paid a lot more for a lot less" than this "posh" hotel, "centrally located" to attractions such as the zoo and SeaWorld, and with a "trolley to Old Town" just out the door; it's worth overlooking minor inconveniences like paid parking and Internet, because the "immaculate" rooms are "larger" than at many comparable hotels ("great for traveling alone or with family"), service is "courteous and prompt", and facilities include tennis courts and "wonderful" indoor and outdoor pools; N.B. it's "dog-friendly" too.

They charged you to print a document in their business center.

Good value, parking, and gym.
Very nice hotel and room. The only thing I would like to see improve is the menu selection for dinner. It is limited to bar and grill type food. There are several eateries very close by though.

Very nice hotel.
You have to pay for parking, internet and its confusing getting to it.
The room was clean and nice, there were restaurants and banks around it. More of a family hotel or biz. I didn't like the fact that you have to pay $15 for parking and internet use. It should be free.

Vehicle parking $14 daily, no free internet or breakfast.
We enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit San Diego, the staff is very friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean, and they provide free warm walnut/ chocolate chip cookies at the front desk.

Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and freeways.
The restaurants were expensive and the food was below standards of a hotel of this caliber.
Hotel facilities were clean and well managed. Hotel staff was professional yet friendly.

One of the elevators was a little in need of some maintenance.
This hotel is probably the nicest in Mission Valley. The facilities are clean, well kept and really nice! The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

The door handle to the bathroom was broken obviously no one bothered to repair.
